Green hair don't care?

My hair is not actually green!
I am trying a cassia treatment for the first time. Wondering what recipes others have tried and what works for you? Did you like it? What didn't you like about it? etc...It smells a bit nicer than henna in my opinion, kinda like green tea. I like that I didn't have to use gloves or worry about staining anything. Also I just slapped it on, wasn't particularly concerned with missing spots. Its still in my hair currently so I cant attest to the results just yet. I think I will leave it in 30-60min. Should I apply some heat?
My recipe:
1/2 cup cassia
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup warm water

Would love to hear about your henna experiences also!
Fine 2c-3a Curls
Normal porosity/ Medium density
Henna over color-treated hair
Not currently CG :(
Poo: Pureology hydrate
RO: Pureology hydrate
LI: HSH Tri-wheat spray
DT: Coconut oil
PT: Henna/Cassia
Styler: AG recoil/mousse-gel

Im so happy! My hair feels nice. But more importantly my curls were revived! I have better curl pattern and definition then I have been getting lately. I would call that a success.
