Is this conditioner cleansing enough?

hello!
I have one organic store near me and they sell organic conditoner base - with no parabens, additives and sulfates. Here are the ingredients:

Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, Betaine, Coco-Glucoside, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Olea Europaea Fruit Oil, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil, Cocos Nucifera Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis Fruit Extract, Citrus Grandis Fruit Extract, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia Fruit Extract, Citrus Tangerina Fruit Extract, Citrus Grandis Seed Extract,Glycerin, Xanthan Gum, Phenoxyethanol, Citric Acid, Benzoic Acid.

I'm a little bit worried that it isn't cleansing enough for co-washing as it contains a lot of oils. What do you think about this?

The shea butter in particular might not lend itself so well to co washing. Typically more basic conditioners are preferred for cleansing.
3a, dense, fairly coarse, normal porosity and elasticity, just below shoulder
    Low poo: Giovanni 50 50
Co-wash: aia, suave coconut, salon care
    R O: Tresume Naturals, gvpcb

    Oils: coconut, argan
Experimenting with: curls rock amplifier, pantene mousse

    :dontknow: Try it.

Usually the things you want to look for in a cowash conditioner are cationic surfactants and fatty alcohols.

The third ingredient in the conditioner you listed is an anionic surfactant, interesting.

Well, this may or may not work for you. It would be too heavy for me but if you have high porosity, thick, coarse hair maybe it would work. Can you get a trial size?
2bc/ f / ii. low porosity roots + normal-high porosity shaft where bleached. normal elasticity.

    Currently using:
    Poo: Earthbath Oatmeal & Aloe
    RO: V05 Kiwi Lime
    LI: CJ Smoothing Lotion
    Styler: UFD CM, CJ PP
    PT: CJ Repair Me

    :thumright: hydrolized protein, jelly stylers
:angry8: guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, sulfates, jojoba oil
    Neutral on cones.
