How to make perfume from EO?

At the health food store, I picked up some Jasmine EO because it smelled so good. How do I make a perfume from it? Do I add water or alcohol, or just apply it as an oil?

NEVER apply EO directly to the skin!!! Many can be skin irritants.

Add a few drops to some carrier oil - such as jojoba, grapeseed or sweet almond oil. (Olive and sesame oil have a stronger scent on their own and may not be good options for a scent blend.)

A good recipe: 1 oz of carrier oil , slightly warmed in the oven (not the micro.) Pout into a bottle. Add 20 drops of fragrant EO (can be a single EO or a blend of several,) shake well to mix.... and your done.
3A/3B type chest-lenght color-treaded. Tends to be dry with some frizz, year-round. (Check out my fotki)
