I've decided to make the big change after my hair has been abused by heat and sulfates for ever since I can remember. (I'm 19, received my first hair straightener at 11, I believe) My hair is completely dry, damaged, and I have too many split ends to count!

I'm either a 2A or 2B. I have course, high density and medium porosity hair.
I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their hair care routine along with products!
I would greatly appreciate it!

Before you get into any routine. Actually don't look for another person's routine primarily. Instead change it to finding products that work for you and try to narrow it down until you have your perfect routine. I'm telling you this because I'm a huge pj lol.

First of all you may want to get rid of the damage gradually by trimming it off. Next are you wanting to go CG?

What products are you interested in if any?

Thanks for the tip! Very useful coming from someone that knows way more than I do! Yes, I'm trying to go CG, seeing as it'll be way healthier for my hair. I'm going for a 4 inch trim after the holidays.

As of right now, I'm using:
    low-poo: Shea Moisture
    Co wash: Suave Naturals Coconut
    Rinse out: GVPCB
Leave In: GVPCB (I don't have a target near, so I can't get the product I want to try, but I'll pick it up when I visit family out of state this holiday.)
    Gel: Haven't tried any
