I seriously need curly hair help

Hey curlies

I've started using devacurl products for a while, and after I stopped using them and switched to tresseme naturals, my hair sucks badly and has become ultra frizzy and puffy.

Can you guys please tell me my hair type?

And the best products you guys use. Because I'm not sure if I should just buy the products here: Top Curly Hair Products - CurlMart without knowing if they will work.

Thank you.

This is what I look like with Devacurl products:

Is there any reason you are moving away from the Deva products? It appears you do not have enough moisture retention with the Tresomme products. What did you use in each picture? That might help us figure out what you are missing that might allow you to combine products or what is going on. More important than the curl pattern what is your texture? I'd say by pattern you look like maybe 3 b or c? but it's more informative to know if it is fine, or medium or course (though likely it is a combination, there is probably a predominant texture).

Also, what is your styler? Do you use gel?

Low-poo: Looking for a new one.
Condish: V05 Tea Therapy, Body Shop Banana
Leave in: Giovanni Direct Leave In
PT: My hair needs very little. I use Suave Naturals Coconut when I need a little bit and follow up with a moisturizing conditioner.
    Styler: Giovanni LA

Deva curl products are only available online where I live and they cost very high with shipping if I buy from online. First picture is just deva curl gel and second is without anything. I'd say I have not too soft or not too course of a texture, just int the middle. Its a combination just like you said.

First picture I'm using arc angel gel from deva.

But in the 2nd you aren't using any stylers? It can be difficult to get definition without some kind of gel. I find the LA Looks gel to give good hold and be very budget friendly. I got a huge tub for $3.

I agree with must bunny. Try an Eco styler gel. Should be available most places. Very inexpensive.
