Inversion Method

in Growing out
I've recently discovered the inversion method, which has been pretty popular for a while. But if you don't know what it is, pretty much it's massaging a heated oil onto your scalp and inverting your head for 4 minutes, and you do this every day for a week once a month. If any of y'all have tried this, would you share your results and anything you noticed/learned about it? Thanks!:)

Poo: Have to admit I have recently become a Wen convert. Love it. I have always had problems with my hair "hanging" right, curling uniformly and destorting the perimeter line. Wen makes it hang evenly.
Coconut oil!

How much are you putting on your hair?
More seriously if you put on just enough and use it over night as a pre-poo the majority should be absorbed into your hair. So very little will be washed away.
