GF 3 Minute Mask and Frizz

I used Garnier Fructis Fortifying Deep Conditioner 3 Minute Masque as a deep treatment today and my hair was even more frizzy than usual when I stepped out of the shower.

Can anyone think of a reason this would happen?

Here are the ingredients:
Aqua Water , Cetearyl Alcohol , Behentrimonium Chloride , PEG-180 , Amodimethicone , Cetyl Esters , Niacinamide , Saccharum Officinarum Sugar Cane Extract , Hydroxyethylcellulose , Trideceth-12 , Chlorhexidine Dihydrochloride , Camellia Sinensis Camelia Sinensis Leaf Extract , Linalool , Pyrus Malus Apple Fruit Extract , Pyridoxine HCL , Methylparaben , Citric Acid , Cetrimonium Chloride , Citrus Limonum Lemon Peel Extract , Parfum Fragrance

Thanks in advance.
For I know that my Redeemer lives,
And He shall stand at last on the earth;
And after my skin is destroyed, this I know,
That in my flesh I shall see God,
Whom I shall see for myself,
And my eyes shall behold, and not another.
How my heart yearns within me!

I use this during the summer, it just isn't moisturizing enough for winter and gives me frizz. About another month though and it will be my mainstay. Did you use the one with the green top or the orange?

Also do you know if you're sensitive to cones? The A cone is an easier to remove one but it's still a cone.

My guess is it's probably the moisture issue? Just judging from how my own hair reacts
    2c/3a?
    Low porosity, medium texture.

I used the one with the green top.

I'm not sure if I'm sensitive to cones, but this product is the only one I've used recently that has a cone in it, so that is a possibility.

The moisture is most likely the problem, since my hair seems to be very dry. I find it ironic though, that my regular rinse out conditioner seems to be more moisturizing than this supposed deep treatment.

I guess this means I'm on the search for a new deep treatment...

No, it has amodimethicone pretty high up, and the PEG is separated by a comma.
    OMG, LOOK!!
