Protein sensitive hair and winter

I am still getting to know my hair and with that I have tons of questions. My hair seems to frizz during the colder/winter months and I don't know why.
My hair looked great in the summer months but now that it's cold my curls have lost definition and I have frizz.

Loreal Ever Creme sulfate free shampoo
GV Conditionig Balm

Styling products:
GVP- The Conditioner (leave in)
Aussie- Ausome volume mousse

Low porosity - Protein sensitive
Low density
Med texture
2C, 3A and 3B
2C & 3B curls
Low Porosity
Med Density
Fine width

My hair hates Wheat protein
Shampoo: L'Oreal EverCreme Nourishing Shampoo
Conditioner: Aussie Moist
Leave In: GVP The Conditioner

Protein treatment: GVP knock off of K-Pak
currently loving Curls in a bottle and Curl Keeper

    This seems like you might enjoy humectants in the summer but it's frizzing you in the winter. I would cut out the humectants and see how it goes.

    Thank you Goin'Grey. I will try cutting out the humectants. I have been doing a lot of research on that and it all says to cut out humectants in the colder months or to seal with an oil first before applying a product with humectants in it.
