Well, I'm new to this website and I was just wondering based off of your experiences what products or techniques have worked the best for you?
I've also included photos of what my hair looks like so hopefully that helps. The main problem I've been having with my hair is that it's extremely damaged. There's split ends upon split ends, thinning hair, and it's constantly frizzy. I don't know what to do because it feels like it's a lost cause. It became damaged over the summer while I was abroad and has been just getting worse :( I don't know what to do!

Hi. I had the same problem, and I had to cut about 6-7 inches off. I was scared to, but now that I've done it, it's sooo much better looking and healthier. It even looks thicker, I think because of the layers I put in. Also I think a deep conditioning treatment and maybe coconut oil? Those are the only 2 things I've tried so I can't suggest any other things right now. I've LOVED how coconut oil has been making my hair feel. A few times a week at night I massage it into my scalp, then also gently put it thru my hair. I leave it on overnight, & wash it out in the am. It makes it shiny and soft, but it can be hard to wash out if you're not careful.
