    The ingredients are:
Ingredients: Water, Daphne Gnidium, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protien, Henna, Aloevera,Sage Extract, Nettle Extract, Rosemary Extract, Capsium Extract, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Diazolidinyl Urea, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance

I found this on Daphne Gnidium:
http://www.botanical-online.com/alcaloidesdaphneangles.htm and on treasured locks (http://www.treasuredlocks.com/nafa.html) it mentions that Daphne Gnidium was an ingredient in the original Natural-Laxer - so I would imagine that the Power Gro Herbal Tame Gel would have similar results. I personally haven't tried it...
mostly coarse texture, normal porosity... I think?
HG: Generic Matrix Biolage, KCCC, KCKT, CBSS WSHP

I used the powder form when I was transitioning. My result was soft, manageable hair. I switched because I wanted to try other products. I saw results in 6 months because I did not use heat. If I used heat with it, I would have seen results in 3 months.

Bottom line, it is safe and healthy for your hair, unless you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The Daphne Gnidium plant can be found in the U.S. I did research on the product before I used it; and that was over 12 years ago.

It doesn't make your hair straight if that's not your natural texture. It conditions and makes your hair manageable. When I used it, my curl definition began to become visible. Those commercials include people who want to straighten their hair after using Herbal Tame; even though there is one lady in the commercial that has "natural" hair. It would be nice if they had more ladies or children with natural hair that used Herbal Tame.

    Hope this answers your question.

    Daphne Gnidium
Known Hazards: All parts of the plant are poisonous[76]. Skin contact with the sap can cause dermatitis in some people[200]

I looked up the ingredients of Baka Beautiful Natral-laxer and it doesn't include this.
