Post keratin treatment

I actually used a home kit by loreal in early 2012 and I personally would never try it again. For starters I am creole I have always had very thick and curly hair and as I got a little older and learned to style my hair I grew to love my curls.now I decided to use to the kit bc it advertised as a "smoothing"kit so I thought it would just tame my frizz. Well unfortunately it took away all of my curls. Now I must say if that is what you are going for the product or treatment is for you.but me personally I disliked it.now over a year later my hair still doesn't curl the same.i have thought about cutting it off and starting fresh but I'm kind of hesitant to lose the length that I have..anyone have any suggestions that can help my curls become healthy again and resurrect my curl pattern I'd love to hear them
