longer drying time in high dews?

in Low Porosity
It seems my lp hair takes a lot longer to dry with high dews (>60°F) Has anyone experienced this too?
Could it be because of certain ingredients/product I use?
After co-washing with Daily Fix I used a rinse-out. Then acv-rinse. No LI. I styled my hair with FSG (only additives vit.E + 10 drops of lemonjuice for conservation and 6 drops of FO) in wet hair, plopped for a short time, then put in my regular hold gel (with glycerine), plopped for 20 minutes (maybe too long?) then topped it off with a few drops of BRHG.

Your hair dries by releasing moisture into the air. It evaporates. When the air is already more saturated with moisture (which is the case in high dews) this evaporation is way more difficult. Hence it takes longer.
