Suave Naturals for...everything?

Poking around on here, I noticed that a lot of you use Suave Naturals for different things...some co-wash, some rinse-out, some leave-in. Is it possible I can use it for all three? I'm on a really tight budget, so if I can use one bottle for three purposes, that'd save my life right about now! I really want to start CG, but...ya know, money.
Mostly 2C (?), fine and thin, high porosity. Dry climate + hard water.

During dryer fall /winter months, I'll use Suave Naturals (Coconut) as a cowash because I need more moisture to combat winter's lower dews (sometimes down in the single digits). I usually need more moisture in my RO's, and Suave doesn't quite provide enough.
I absolutely hated it as a LI. If I didn't glob on a good handful, it left me with frizz and poof. A handful of LI in my hair left it feeling producty, and if I ran my fingers through it, the Suave flaked. So, I prefer a richer conditioner as LI, either a moisture one that contains some oil(s) to help seal, or a protein one with a bit of oil(s) to help seal.
The Tropical Coconut has glycerin and propylene glycol, which are humectants. Humectants pull moisture from what is most moist into what is dryest. In terms of hair vs. air, that means humectants can pull moisture out of hair when the air is dry, causing poof /frizz /dryness, and that in humid climates, they can pull too much moisture into the hair, causing poof /frizz. Since you live in a dry climate, you may find Suave Naturals isn't enough moisture for your hair or that Tropical Coconut leaves you with dry frizz due to the humectants it contains. Even in a dry cilmate, you should be ok with humectants in your cowash, low poo, and rinse out conditioner.
As Curlicious said, some people do use Suave Naturals for all 3. I know a few swear by it for conditioner only styling. It's CG friendly and cheap, so if you try it for all 3 and dislike it, you can play around with what you use it for, without feeling guilty or whatever. Just do some experimenting. The various "flavors" have varying ingredients, so if you don't like one, it's possible another might work better for you.

I have a mild coconut allergy, so there's no possibility of my trying that one. I've found derivatives are OK for me if they're low on the ingredient list, but anything with coconut oil or with it in the name, I just stay away.
When I went to the store just now, they were out of everything but the coconut, of course. My choices were a vo5 scent I hate, White Rain which I've never had good luck with any of, and something I've never heard of but smells really good. I checked out the ingredients and it looks OK, as does what I found in my medicine cabinet earlier, so now I just get to play with them and see if one works better than the other.

Maybe because it's extract and not a coca-something-or-other ..? I can use those, but I've accidentally used the Suave and ended up itching for days

So I'm going to have to low poo tonight and start over. I bought Suave Everlasting Sunshine (wjich i used to use with the shampoo) and Vo5 pomegranate, but I'm not sure which to use for what. I guess I'll just have to try it and find out...
