Uneven Hair Type

I'm not quite sure how to start this off, but here we go!
The front and sides of my hair are type 3A, but the back is closer to a 2B/C. I'd really like to even it out, preferably to an entire 3A. Any tips you guys have would be awesome!!

Co-wash: Suave Naturals
Conditioner: Tresemme Naturals Radiant Volume
Gel: L.A. Looks Sport Gel (I'm debating stopping this and going product free with just some leave in condish, my hair is a little rough and I'm wondering if this is the problem)
I already diffuse and it has helped some. I don't have a lot of time in the morning as my clinicals begin at 5-6am and I shower every morning (wakes me up).

Also, my clumps are very small and I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to make them clump bigger for more even curls.

Thank you bunches!!

I have EXACTLY the same problem, except my hair is looser than your generally.
What I find helps is to only apply products like gel to the less curly areas, and for the more curly areas comb it out using my fingers, so it doesn't go as curly.
Another thing that worked for me was making sure I used the same amount of conditioner throughout my hair, and maybe slightly more at the back. Before, although I had been putting conditioner on all my hair, I was putting it on the front then using the excess for the back, if that makes sense. The front of my hair naturally seems more moisturised which I think affects the curliness, and by using more conditioner on the back it's helped to even it up a bit.
All of these will help, but the think to remember is that your hair is beautiful, and many people would kill for face framing curls like you have :) try to accept that, and that is probably the best thing you can possibly do

A really good curly cut will make an uneven curl pattern look like it all belongs on the same head.

You're not going to change your curl pattern, but you can make the best of it with a great cut and good products. It makes you an individual!
