How often should a 3B DRY curly do a DT?

Was just wondering what you guys would recommend. I have 3B, VERY dry, frizz-prone hair. I am completely shampoo-less. Only COwash once a week. This works out fine for me.

How often should I be DT ing for optimum hair health and moisture?

Also, how long should I leave my DT on my hair? All night? Is that too much?
I don't want flat, overconditioned hair. Thanks!

For me, I have to do one at least once a week in this weather. Sometimes twice if I feel that I need it. I'm not to get weighed down, so that's not an issue for me.

I am also a 3b prone to frizzies and am completely shampoo-less. I'm wondering what you do on the days that you don't COwash.

    What is your daily routine?

(BTW, when I do a DT I leave on over night or for many hours depending on what I'm DTing with. )
3B with some 3a. Fell off but am now back on the CG bandwagon and looking for my HG products.

I'm also a 3b dry curly, and have to DT every 2 weeks or so. I haven't had to DT as much this winter since the weather's been milder than usual, and we've had quite a few humid days. I also don't have to worry about it weighing my hair down, since my hair's extremely dry in the first place.

Your hair sounds like mine. I do DT every week, or 2 if I'm lazy. Sometimes I leave mine on overnight. I don't think its too much. I normally leave it on for hours. But my hair never gets weighed down so I can't speak on that.

What DT do you leave in overnight? Pre CG I used to leave condish in overnight, but that was before I knew how to decipher ingredients. Since then the 2 times I've done it (w/CJ HBDT and OneC) I got overconditioned. Not weighted down, but FLUFFFFFFFFY!!!

Yes, me too. If my DRY hair is too conditioned it gets fluffy. I usually do a DT abot once ebery 2 months, but I'm thinking I should do it at least once a month. Thanks for all the replies!

BTW, on days that I don't COwash, I refresh it with some Mister Right and some condish, Angell and spring water mixed in a spray bottle, clip my roots and let it dry for like 15 minutes.
