Hi curlsandkinks, unfortunately it is far too early for anyone to tell you your hair type with any certainty. Hair type is discovered when you have cut out the relaxer and have at least a few inches of hair. Don't worry though, knowing your hair type isn't important to learn how to take care of your hair, it just the size of your curls (and can be very subjective, folks usually get a couple different answers to this question). Instead you should focus on such topics as how much moisture and protein your hair needs. This site and others are good for doing research about moisture, protein and more. Good luck!

Because this post is very odd to me. Never seen anyone ask this early before. Less than a month transitioning from a relaxer.

Hair grows an average of 1/4 to 1/2 inch a month. I wouldnt focus too much on hair type right this early. Good luck with your transition.
