I have Garnier Fructis Curl Construct Mousse, is it CG friendly?

Water/Aqua; Isobutane; Propylene Glycol; Acrylates Copolymer; Propane; Phenoxyethanol; Triacetin; Aminomethyl Propanol; Polyquaternium-4; PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil; Methylparaben; Fragrance/Parfum; Amodimethicone; Polysorbate-20; PEG-192 Apricot Kernel Glycerides; PEG-70 Mango Glycerides; Trideceth-12; Cetrimonium Chloride; Lemon Extract/Citrus Limonum
currently 2b/2c, but will probably be a 3a once I figure all this out

thick, mixed porosity thanks to dyeing

Amodimethicone will require a low poo with coco betaine to remove, so it's not strictly speaking CG. There are some things in there that seem icky to me- like propane....eww! You should also be careful of the polyquat. I personally don't seem to have any issues with polyquats, but I know a lot of curlies get horrible build up that can only be removed with a sulfate wash.
    2C normal/high porosity?, medium/coarse texture, lower density
Cleanse: Pura D'Or every week or two, Yes to Cukes
Conditioner: VO5 Kiwi Lime (LOVE!), Tresemme Naturals, YTC
DT: GVP Conditioning Balm w/ coconut oil
    LI: a touch of JCTS
Products: my HG is Tresemme Bouncy Curls Defining Gel mixed with a touch of BRHG over a little flax seed gel, SM Souflee/Milk for 2nd day hair, occasionally Bioterra Curling Creme and Gel
Modified CG since November 2012- finally found what works! :)
