I know the Leave In Conditioner is first.

You should use a leave in conditioner, then a styling product with some hold, then a glosser/ finisher if you want one. That selection sounds like no true conditioner but a detangler and two glossers/ finishers. If they all contain silicones you risk build up or greasy hair.

Both these products are wall to wall silicones (suffix -xane, -cone, -conol) so they do the same job, you need one or the other

A 'conditioning styler' is not the same as a leave in conditioner, a true conditioner is creamy and rich in cationic surfactants and fatty alcohols, these aid clumping and frizz control. That Regis product looks to be a spray containing humectants and silicones, ingredients wise it is more of a detangler than anything.
