Question for those of you that use the As I Am coconut co-wash

When you co-wash you hair with it, do you only use this product? Or do you follow up with a regular conditioner afterwards? I was just curious, because there's alcohol in the ingredients, so you obviously can't leave it in your hair as long as a normal conditioner since it'll dry it out.

AFAIK there is no drying alcohol in that product, only fatty alcohols which are conditioning agents or emollients (softeners).

I just use it as a co wash only. Rinse well and then apply conditioner.

I use it as only a co-wash and then TN to detangle. AIA has a great PH too! I recommend it!
