Hi all,

I'm a 2C here and have yet to read the Curly Girl book (will buy this Friday). I recently chopped my hair a little shorter than I wanted - midway between shoulders and chin - but that was mostly because I had no idea how to take care of my hair. It is a frizzy, crazy mess. I need to get the book and figure out the best way to style it and more importantly, the best way to care for it and what specific products I need to use for it.

Glad to be here!

I'll be sure to read the stickies and all the FAQ. It is a bit overwhelming but I imagine I'll get the hang of it sooner or later.
