Is the any way that I can put moisture in to my hair without opening my cuticles? I have low porosity and my hair is never dry at all but I still wanna find a way so my 4a hair can be healthier.

If your hair is low porosity and doesn't feel dry you don't need to make it healthier through hydration. Moisture is not good for hair in excess, too much water weakens to the structural bonds of hair that is why it is at its weakest when wet. With many aspects of haircare some may be good but more is not better.

If your hair is virgin it's likely to be most as risk of mechanical damage/ weathering, prevention of that has nothing to do with moisturising, it has to do with handling super gently and using products on your hair that increase slip and reduce friction so cationic surfactants, silicones, certain oils and avoiding or limiting the ones that are sticky or build up like some butters and polyquats. Also religiously cover your hair whenever it is exposed to the sun.
