S-Curl Activator/Moisturizer?

Hi, I have 3a/3b type hair. However, I'm Sicilian so my hair is very thick and coarse, so it's hard to find products that actually work. I've tried most Garnier, Tresemme, Herbal Essences, etc products.. they work at first but generally after a little bit I wish I'd never put them in my hair. The products I've tried either make my hair hard and stringy, or dry. My friend told me about S-Curl No drip moisturizer, does this work? Would it define and create curls? thanks. :)

Most activators are filled with chemicals, and were used for Jerry curl (Jerri).
Maybe try a heavier product like SheaMoisture Smoothie or Cantu Leave in repair cream, the ones you listed were more on the light side

Remember if your hair is really corse you should most likely avoid protein. That is what may be making it hard and stringy.

Try Hawaiian Silky Curl Activator (pink). Google it. I love it and it is cheap. But I have 4a hair. It is about $5.
