Curl Mart not working

Hello. If you are in touch with Curl Mart, they said they sent me a new password to my email but I never got anything so I can't order. I tried twice to get a password. I've ordered before many times. ??

You might try messaging HillaryMarie if there's no response here. I believe she's the TextureMedia person assigned to deal with Curlmart questions /concerns in the forum.

Thank you very much GeekChic and Guide63. I gave up and ordered directly from Curl Junkie, but I will contact Curl Mart and try to sort out the problem.

I tried to reach Curlmart again today and was told my password wasn't working, so I contacted via the email that Guide 63 suggested.

I have no trouble with passwords on other sites - ??

ETA: they say they have sent a new password to my gmail account but I never get it!

Just skip over this, and pardon me if you know and have done these already, but...

Have you added the Curlmart email address to your gmail contacts to be sure it gets routed to your regular mail, not your Spam?

Tried a search of All Mail for "curlmart" or other relevant keyword to see if their email perhaps got routed to an odd folder that's hidden?

Checked your Spam folder in case the Curlmart stuff is in there for whatever reason?

Made a filter for Curlmart's email address that puts email from them in a folder of your choosing (and definitely not into Spam or other undesirable spot)?

Finally, I don't know about yours, but my Curltalk emails get routed past my Inbox and into Notifications or Promotions. I think those are Gmail standard folders, so if you haven't, you might check them for your missing email.

Thanks for those great suggestions Geek_Chic! I got a response from someone connected to curlmart and they gave me a temporary password which worked.

Unfortunately, by then, I had already ordered direct from the company, but at least I have a temp. password for now.

I'll look into what you suggested - there has to be some reason why I was having this trouble.
