I ve seen that many members has something like a tag down of their comments which says about their hair routine,hair type,porosity etc can someone tell me how to make. One?

On the main page (CurlTalk - Powered by vBulletin) there's a green bar at the top with a bunch of options. Click on User CP, which will bring up your User Control Panel. On the left hand side, select Edit Signature. You can then add anything you want - picture, quote, hair routine etc. Then click on Save Signature and you're set.
