Has anyone succesfully changed the side they part on?

I have parted on the left my whole life.. but now I notice that my curls on the heavy side curl towards my face... if I flipped they'd curl away which I think I'd like better but I think I would feel so lopsided! Other than the curl turning forward I think I am parting "correctly" when it comes to cowlicks and my facial symmetry.
3A/2C fine, normal porosity & elasticity, medium high density

Current products:
YTCucs Color Protection Low poo
GVP Conditioning Balm
Random gels - not sure which ones I like, if any at this point!

HG Summer Routine:
poo - TMW Hydrate
RO & LI - Darcy's Pumpkin Seed
Leave in Products: CHSCK & LALMG

Currently trying to figure out a winter routine and transition to a less harsh "poo" for summer.

Up until high school my hair always parted neatly in the center. I guess I "trained" it to part in the sides (yes, both sides, because I like to flip my hair frequently). It took a long time for my hair to not part down the center, and just the other day I was noticing that I had to part it myself with a pencil.

I change my part constantly. If I wake up and my roots are looking a bit squished and I don't want to do cross-clipping because I'm in a rush, an easier fix is take some sections of curls at the part and move them in the opposite direction. So if my hair is parted to the right i can move more to the left. I also part off-center but not directly center. For some reason I felt like a center part looks better with my hair straightened but curly I've got a lot of hair in my face. Two curly curtains blocking both eyes. :cyclopsani:

I used to have a center part, and trained it to part more to the side once I stopped rocking the full barrel type bangs that went across. I wanted side swept bangs so I part my bangs off center and then about midway back it is back to the center. I do think it took some time to stay that way, and there were some awkward days, but now it naturally parts there.
    My Hair:
    Fine, low porosity, med/high density
BSL - going for mid back to waist

    HG: currently
just washing with a low poo that contains protein (Alba Naturals Coconut) and using Suave Naturals Coconut as both a RO and LI. No stylers right now, but this gives me pretty good curl, definition, low-ish frizz, and it feels and looks good. Also an occasional PT (liking the Palmer's Coconut Oil Formula which has cones) seems to be key for me.

I've changed my part a couple times. It feels really weird at first but it doesn't take long for it to feell normal and to for the hair to stay where you want it.

My part varies; sometimes centered, sometimes left, sometimes right. Have been wearing it either center or left part lately so that I can wear a flower (real,or fake) behind my left ear

it takes a month for your hair to be trained on the part you want. I had mine parted to the side for a year and recently I want it down the middle till it grows out and its a pain to get it to stay down
