hey guys so im really new to this and i have no idea if im supposed to post here, but i had a few questions.
How often do you guys wash your curly hair? I'm very used to washing my hair everyday and am trying to transition to washing my hair every other day. I am trying to push it to every two days. Have any of you tried this? Is this best? Also, I use Mane n Tail shampoo and conditioner. Even though I don't wash my hair every day, I still wet and condition every day. Twice a week I use INOVA professional miracle mask. Is this good? Is this a bad method? I've been dying to hear from people with curly hair like mine.

:coffee: i wash my hair everyday unless i do a braid out or twist out then i wait about 3 or 4 days to wash my curls again and i shampoo only 3 times a week the other days i just condition i use shea moisture shampoo and conditioner for dry and damaged hair then sometimes i use herbal essences none of your frizzness shampoo and the herbal essences hydralicious in the pink and white bottle i mostly use the shea moisture collection its really good.
