Growing out hair

I have curly hair, around 3a, but the ends are extremely damaged from ironing, and bleaching. It has still managed to grow, just very slowly. When straight, my hair is around the middle/lower end of my back.

I wanted to see if I could grow my hair a little more and make it a bit healthier in these 3 months before I go to college. I was thinking of going no poo/curly girl method to keep my hair away from sulfates and chemicals, etc.

Also, since it is the summer, and I live in the south, I wasn't going to use any sort of hair product, and try to keep in a bun almost all the time.

Any tips? Am I doing this wrong?

Thats a really good idea to follow curly. Hair method: )it would really help if you trim your bad split ends because the cg will help your hair looking healthy but the split ends cant be recovered. You. Should stop using heat in your oor at least use it rarely. I used to hate my wavy hair and was straightening almost daily for some months and my hair had really bad split ends so i had to cut my shoulder length hair to a short. Chin length cut so i suggest. You to stop it before its to. Late. I hope i helpped you:)

Cut off the worst of the damage because it cannot be repaired, it will snarl on healthy hair higher up damaging that. The same style day in and day out can stress the hair, go for a variety of loose up dos with super gentle tools.
