Looking for healthy snacks

Hi curlies!

I'm in my last year of university and am studying big time since I'm having exams...
Due to stress I find myself eating the entire day (I can't stop eating, have tried and if I stop eating for some reason I stop studying as well and I really can't afford it not to study :p).

So, I'm eating all day long but in fact I was/am trying to lose weight as well.
I definitely would not like it to gain a lot of weight during exams.

Does anyone know healthy snacks for me instead of cookies and chocolate and so on?

apples w/ a little almond butter are great and taste like caramel apples. celery and peanut butter. almonds. protein bars. berries. sugarfree gum

IDK what kind of diet/eating style you have so IDK what would be compatible.

But I suggest you address your stress issue, too. You shouldn't be that stressed just bc you are in college and have to study. Stress can really harm you...and cause you to gain weight.

Maybe chew gum if you need to have your mouth moving while you study?

cottage cheese (high in protein while low in fat)
vanilla protein shake w/ chai, or coffee, or cocoa powder
If you need salty crunch, get a popcorn maker (not the microwave stuff)
keep a large jug of ice water and fill with slices of fruit (lime, lemon, orange, nectarine, cucumber whatever) maybe add a few sprigs of fresh mint.
    Iced green tea

    All these with cottage cheese

    My faves are:

Lowfat or fat-free ricotta cheese with honey and fruit
Trader Joe's Just a handful nuts or trail mix (love that these are in single serving portions)
Trader Joe's guacamole hummus with carrots/celery (better for you than regular guac, delish)
    Green/fruit smoothies
Wasa crisps with goat cheese and tomatoes
Protein shakes (I take individual packets and my blender ball cup everywhere with me, so all I have to do is add water)
    Drink lots of water

Always pack a snack with you! I love the ziplock snack size bags for portioning. If you have something you're less likely to be tempted by junk food.
