Biotera gel vs. FSG?

How does the biotera gel compare to FSG when it comes to hold, flaking, and using with other products?
Also how does the styling gel compare to the curling creme?

Any advice will be appreciated :)

I have never had FSG flake. But it's not a hard hold at all. More light hold and I usually put a harder or medium hold over it

I prefer FSG, it's my HG when I use gel, but the things I love about FSG are probably what some people don't like. I love that it's lightweight, has light hold, is not crunchy, and doesn't make my hair clump or overly defined. I have fine 2a hair so if I use too strong of a gel, my hair just looks hard and stringy. FSG-I usually use Jessicurl RR which is basically FSG with mag sulfate- gives me just enough definition, frizz control, and curl enhancement, but it is definitely a strong hold gel at all. I'd actually call it more of a jelly. Biotera, in my experience, is light but is still definitely a "typical gel" if that makes sense. They're both good, it's up to your preference.

    Thanks for your responses.
I should have mentioned that I have made FSG and like it. But I know I won't always bother to make it. So I'm looking for a good, affordable substitute that maybe has a bit more hold.
I guess it sounds like the Biotera gel would do that?

FSG makes my hair crispy looking and feeling, so while it's awesome for some, it isn't for everyone.
