Canopy Hair!

Hello, I'm fairly new to nc so please don't judge me!
My canopy hair is very coarse, underneath my hair is 3B and at the canopy and crown it's 2a!

I want my hair to be 3B everywhere, I wash my hair every second day, I use BedHead by TIGI, Recovery Shampoo and Conditioner #2, I leave my hair to naturally dry and when damp I put in Eleven's Miracle Hair!

I need help asap! I'm only 15 and I've had this problem for 2 years now! xox thankyou, anything is greatly appreciated!

    Might partly just be the way your hair is, many of us do have a mix of curl types. Also might be that you need a haircut to take some of the length/ weight out of the canopy, what products you are using or how you are styling.

    Have you read about the Curly Girl method here on NC? Many of us find that our hair gets progressively curlier as it is more hydrated. No sulphate surfactant shampoo, no silicones in conditioner or stylers, no towel turbans, no brush or comb, leave in conditioner, styling products are usually scrunched into soaking wet hair, regular intensive conditioning treatments.

    My hair depoufed the first week of conditioner-only washing instead of shampooing, and silicones make my waves and curls go so limp, especially if they build up, so do a clarifying or chelating wash. Check out the stickies on this board and the newbies board, loads of information on CG and techniques for encouraging curl.
    2a-2c, medium texture, porous/ colour treated. Three years CG. Past bra strap length heading for waist.

    CO-wash: Inecto coconut/ Elvive Volume Collagen
    Treatments: Komaza Care Matani, coconut/ sweet almond/ fractionated coconut oils, Hairveda Sitrinillah
    Leave in: Fructis Sleek & Shine (old), Gliss Ultimate Volume, various Elvive
    Styler: Umberto Giannini jelly, Au Naturale styling gelee
    Flour sack towel, pixie diffuse or air dry.
