Do Natural Relaxers exist?

Hi everyone! I am sick of my super thick long 3B hair and I need a change, summer is coming and I am thinking of chopping off my hair(to shoulder length or shorter) and donating it to the cancer wig making company here. The thing is, I have never had my hair short since I was a kid, I have no idea just HOW curly my hair will get. I will not use a chemical relaxer as ive too many horror stories about them. Now, my question is, do natural curl relaxers exist? If so have you used them? Any other info is appreciated! Thank you!

    Currently no, there really is no way to change your hair texture naturally. The closet you can get is to heat train your hair, but it may lead to hear damage.

    You should watch a girl on YouTube called ShamelessMaya she recently cut off all of her hair and donated it to cancer wig making.

    You can go to Youtube and search for coconut milk relaxers. There are several recipes available. Most use coconut cream, yogurt and coconut oil. Some say its not technically a relaxer, but a conditioner the loosens the curls a bit. The results will depend on your texture. Some loosen more than others. There is no structural or permanent damage because the bonds are not broken like they are when chemicals are used.
