Starting Fresh...

I wanted to start the cowash this week. I read the label on my shampoo and condiotioner and they both have silicone in it. So what do I need to wash my hair with so I start fresh with no silicone before I start cowashing.

To completely rid your hair of silicones, you'll need to do one last wash with a sulfate and silicone free shampoo. Two really cheap drugstore options are the Suave Naturals and VO5 shampoos. Good luck!

You can even use a shower gel if you don't want to purchase another product: use a clear (not pearly) one, they are based on sulphate surfactants anyway.
2a-2c, medium texture, porous/ colour treated. Three years CG. Past bra strap length heading for waist.

CO-wash: Inecto coconut/ Elvive Volume Collagen
Treatments: Komaza Care Matani, coconut/ sweet almond/ fractionated coconut oils, Hairveda Sitrinillah
Leave in: Fructis Sleek & Shine (old), Gliss Ultimate Volume, various Elvive
Styler: Umberto Giannini jelly, Au Naturale styling gelee
Flour sack towel, pixie diffuse or air dry.
    Experimenting with: benign neglect
