What is a good hooded dryer?

I'm looking for a hooded dryer to help speed drying time up. I'm always showing up at my first home visit after an hour of air drying time still moist and in clips. Any suggestions?

I heard the pips is really good for speeding up dry time, I have never tried it, but it gets good reviews for drying quickly.
