    Yikes...she's 46!

Not that 46 is ancient by any means but she looks like she is in her late 20s to early 30s. I think she actually looks better now than she did in her 20s. She is stunning. That comment had nothing to do with the topic; I just had to say that lol.

I don't know them but neither she nor Olivier seem to be sane enough to be responsible for children. Thankfully they have money to pay for a nanny.

This. I think she's slightly off the deep end.

I've heard HB is crazy from several people. But I'm not sure why... Why do some of you here think she's nuts?

Her actions, choice in men, her search for an identity in all of the wrong places. She seems not to have matured despite her age. Olivier just seems to be the same type of crazy as she is so they are probably a good match.

I've only heard rumors of nutty behavior; it seems like her relationship choices don't go so well, but I'm no winner in that department myself. I'll bet a lot of the rumor-mongers aren't so well-set romantically, either. (And I thought it was really shabby of David Justice to ask her for alimony. Also, wth is wrong with Eric Benet? Classic case of choosing hamburger over the steak you have at home.)

She's from Cleveland, so I'm loyal. I think she's fantastic-looking, I love her pixie cut, and wish her the best (like she cares ;).

From my sources, who are very reliable, seeing that Eric Benet is from my hometown: There's nothing wrong with him. He went to rehab to save his marriage not because he has a sex addiction. She's extremely insecure from what I know.

What? She's beautiful, wealthy, still at the top of her game career-wise, famous, but she still can't keep a man? Well, she must be bat***** insane...

Seriously, though, if broken relationships are part of the criteria, there must be a lot of nutcases walking among us then. If I had half the money & prestige that she does, I wouldn't take crap from anybody either.

She also tried to kill herself and ran a lady over in her car and kept on going. running someone over with your car and not stopping is a little off imo.

When did she run someone over? I don't recall that one...

Yeah, that was a crappy and irresponsible thing for her to have done. I don't know that it says anything about her sanity, though.
Hollywood star Halle Berry’s court-ordered community service stemming from her horrific 1997 hit-and-run car accident was a wake-up call that changed her life, and shifted her focus to charity work.

Berry was sentenced to 250 hours of community service for leaving the scene of the accident in West Hollywood, even though she suffered amnesia and needed 17 stitches in her forehead after the crash.

She fulfilled the court order by working at Los Angeles’ Jenesse Center, a charity that helps battered women and their children make a fresh start.

And 13 years later, Berry still regularly volunteers with the organization – which has helped her realize the importance of giving back.

She says, “It changed my life. I hadn’t been doing enough (for others). It was time.”
Halle Berry: ‘Hit-and-run changed my life’ | Daily Dish | an SFGate.com blog

And the suicide attempt....hmmm, does depressed count as crazy?
Actress Halle Berry tried to commit suicide over her failed first marriage, she reveals in an upcoming interview.

Berry, 40, admits to Parade magazine that she tried to gas herself when her fiery union to Atlanta Braves baseball star David Justice collapsed, but pulled out at the last minute.

"I was sitting in my car, and I knew the gas was coming when I had an image of my mother finding me," she tells the magazine.

The image of her stoic mother Judith, now 67, was enough to snap the blues out of Berry. "She sacrificed so much for her children, and to end my life would be an incredibly selfish thing to do. It was all about a relationship. My sense of worth was so low," Berry says. "I promised myself I would never be a coward again."

The actress also describes her subsequent marriage, to singer Eric Benet, as "really horrific ... We were in sex rehab after one year. I wish I had left then, but I was putting everyone's needs before mine," says the Oscar winner, who next appears on-screen with Bruce Willis in the thriller Perfect Stranger.

Twice divorced Berry is now dating model Gabriel Aubry, after meeting the 31-year-old in Nov. 2005 during a Versace advertising shoot. Three months later they went public as a couple. Twice bitten, Berry rules out a third marriage.

Yeah, she is mentally unstable (the suicide attempts, the hit and run and resulting conspiracy, all the abusive relationships, etc). But motherhood seems to agree w/ her so I would say having another baby is a great idea. However, why is he having it w/ a French guy? (This round of) her legals troubles stem from the fact she wanted to bring her 5 y/o to France to live w/ her boyfriend. But baby daddy #1 who's Canadian/American wants her to stay here so he can see his daughter. And rightfully so. But HB gets pregnant w/ this french guy's baby, knowing both baby daddies live on separate continent and both will want their kids nearby. How is she going to accommodate that? Soon, the kids will be in school and need one main place of residence.

So this article seems to be saying she is actully pregnant. Other articles have been more vague, implying a surrogate was involved.

Other than John travolta's wife, this is the oldest celebrity pregnancy i've heard of. Wait, did Sarah Jessica Parker carry her babies or did she use a surrogate?

If this relationship doesnt work out, just more drama in her life. And while some people may seem to have lots of bad relationships, she seems to pick the worst men. being abusive or cheaters. a few she has gotten protective orders against I believe. I think she should try being single.

All these guys have been really good looking...maybe she's selecting them entirely on looks? Not focusing more on character or compatibility?

Yeah, I think she needs to work on herself. Not saying she can't date, but maybe take things slowly and look for red flags before jumping in head first. Didn't she ask David Justice and Eric Benet to marry her? Just slow your roll, Halle! :hello2:

I wonder if Elizabeth Taylor or Zsa Zsa Gabor got so much grief in their day? I can take her or leave her, but compared to them, Halle Berry hasn't even gotten her toe wet.

Zsa Zsa was gross. she cheated on one of her husbands with his son, who went on to marry Elizabeth Taylor.

Elizabeth Taylor, had eight husbands, one she married twice (Richard Burton). She had an affair with Debbie Reynolds' husband at the time, Eddie Fisher. Debbie Reynolds was one of her closest friends. She also had affair with Richard Burton. Their is a biography, called "There is nothing like a Dame" that discusses trysts with Ronald Reagan and JFK, and a myriad number of famous actors. Yeah, to me that trumps Halle Barry.

I don't think anyone is saying halle is promiscuous or a serial marrier. Just that she isn't emotionally healthy...for totally different reasons.

I mean, she is a rich, powerful, beautiful woman...perhaps the most beautiful in hollywood with long and esteemed career. And she wanted to kill herself (and her dogs) bc her marriage of a few years didn't work out.

She has the world by the balls! And she's still miserable and insecure.

Now that I re-read the article, it doesn't explicitly state that she is pregnant.

To answer the article's question, sure, when a 46 y/o celebrity announces she is expecting a baby, the public is going to be curious. As with anything. If she announced she was taking a vacation, the public would want to know where? Wearing a dress, who? Eating a meal, what? Having a baby, how?

Yes, there are many cheating, gross people out there(especially with money and power, it does not surprise me at all), but I was referring to crazy!
