DIY treatment

Hey ladiesss !!
Iam bout to start doin more homemade treatments.but more for protein.
But not sure what to try so I wanna hear idea from yall.I seen soo many.such as avocado egg mayo shea butter coconut milk honey yogurt ect ect.I might go wit egg n coconut oil but Idk.
Tell me what you use and what you use it for (moisture or protein) thanx :*

    Many of the ingredients people claim are sources of protein contain little to no protein anyway, most of the remainder contain molecules too large to penetrate the hair. Hydrolysed protein and free amino acids can be absorbed into the hair.
    2a-2c, medium texture, porous/ colour treated. Three years CG. Past bra strap length heading for waist.

    CO-wash: Inecto coconut/ Elvive Volume Collagen
    Treatments: Komaza Care Matani, coconut/ sweet almond/ fractionated coconut oils, Hairveda Sitrinillah
    Leave in: Fructis Sleek & Shine (old), Gliss Ultimate Volume, various Elvive
    Styler: Umberto Giannini jelly, Au Naturale styling gelee
    Flour sack towel, pixie diffuse or air dry.
    Experimenting with: benign neglect
