Is this ever going to get fixed??

I wrote on the thread about the editing email is not working and still no one has responded or fixed it. I've been trying forever to edit my email but it just takes me back to the homepage each time.
Now I"m trying to review a salon and it just says, SUBMIT SALON. Won't take my review. This is all so annoying.

    Ditto this. I no longer use the e-mail associated with this site and I've been trying to change is for a while now.

    Also, my account seems to be associated with the wrong hair type. When you click on my profile it says 2b, but I'm really more of a 2c/3a. Yet I can't find any way of correcting that.

    Be sure you're signed in, then click the down arrow by your username at the top left of the page (in the black bar). Choose "EDIT MY ACCOUNT". Once there, you can swtich email address, curl type, password, upload a profile pic, and more.

    No you can't. Clicking on "Edit My Account" from the top of the page takes you to the main page of naturallycurly.com. Clicking on "Edit Your Details" from the user control panel takes you to a page with a button that says "Edit E-mail & Password", but when you click on that it again takes you to the main page. It's been like that (that I know of) for the past two months.

    That method was working for me yesterday, or I wouldn't have posted. Today it's taking me to the nc.com homepage.

    Looks like it's either fixed or works intermittently. I was able to get into my profile and update my information today.

    Hey y'all! Forgive me *gets down on bended knee* for the response.

    Is the problem still happening? When it's intermittent like this, I can't replicate it and communicate it to the tech peeps. I have to try to recreate the error/problem and retrace our steps. Please let me know!

    I'd suggest messaging atx_eve if you try to edit your account and are unable to do so. Include Windows version, browser, time it happened, and what happened (including error messages, if any). If nothing else, it'll give the techs a better idea of when and where the problem is happening.

    moving the site over from the old design to the new one that just launched today can cause a few bugs in the user database, so I'm currently on the lookout for any instances of log in issues!

    I stumbled on a possible cause for this earlier tonight. It seems to be related to the login issue that has also been happening where someone appears logged in on CurlTalk but is logged out elsewhere on nc.com.

    Tonight I was logged in on CurlTalk but showing as logged out everywhere else and when I tried the Edit My Account link, it routed me to the nc.com homepage. As a trial, I closed any nc.com tabs besides CurlTalk, and logged out on the CurlTalk page. Then I went to the nc.com homepage and logged in there. I was immediately able to edit my account as I would normally expect (black bar on top of the page > click down arrow by my username > choose Edit My Account).

    That happened to me today also. The frustrating part is trying to recreate the scenario, because I never know when it will happen and sometimes it doesn't. Grrr!

    Just letting you know I see your post and I'm actually experiencing the same problem and trying to see what info I could provide to report this as an official bug. Thanks
