Baking soda and avc

Ok so new and bare with me. 2b/c mix high density low por.
I picked up some baking soda and avc to do a cleanse.
What do I do? Lol help me! And now I'm afraid it's not good for low por. Any one use this method? And have good results? Do you use conditioner after? Either r/o or leave in?
I usually air dry and scrunch right in the shower and again with a shirt.

This link is for quitting shampoo for good, but it does discuss how to use baking soda to cleanse and then do a vinegar rinse after.

I've never actually used baking soda on my hair. I just stick with low poo or co-wash.

If I do a BS wash I mix it into my cowash and use it like a scalp scrub. I follow with a very moisturizing condish THEN last of all use a very diluted ACV rinse. I have low porosity hair, and I had major issues using the ACV before my condish. It was very dry and tangly from the BS and was as if the conditioner just rolled off my hair, not absorbing at all, which does make sense, actually. Using the ACV after the conditioner was key for my hair.
    - 2C - Coarse Canopy & med/fine underlayers
    - MOP C Hydrating 'poo
    - LOreal Natures Therapy Moisturizing condish, ION Effective Care, Garnier S&S (old formula)
    - treatments: CJ Curl Rehab, CJ Repair Me!
    - plopping, diffusing, and clipping the roots

Good to know. I've used bs in the past for product build up, but the acv is foreign territory for me. My hair is very dense, afraid the acv Wong get past the outer layer.

I co-wash, but like to use BS on a regular base, because I think it's good for cleansing. I mix 1 ts of BS into a cup of boiled water and let it sit till it's cool enough to wash my hair with. BS is alkaline, so it's very important to rinse with ACV right after you rinsed out the BS. I just pour a bit of ACV into a cup (app. 2 or 3 tbs) and fill it up with water. I also like to dip the ends of my hair into the ACV-mix, before I pour it over my head.
For extra moisture, I use a conditioner after the ACV-rinse.

@fennyfish--how long is your hair? Trying to figure out how much I would need.
My hair is just bsl (bra) sorry now great with the abbv.
    And it's med but dense.

    @Jada

My hair is in my avatar now, it's just below the shoulders and i think it's mid-dense. When I cleanse with BS, I concentrate mainly on my scalp and don't rub the length of my hair with it, it just doesn't seem necessary. As it is with everything, just try and see what works best for you, good luck!!
