Working out times!
Does it matter WHEN you exercise/workout?
I've always gone with the 'no as long as you do it' answer and gone for evening because I am a horrendous morning person..but does it really matter than much?

I'm the same. I refuse to get up to go to the gym at 6am. And I don't have the time to go before work.
Also, working out in the morning doesn't 'jump start' you metabolism. Your metabolism is always working at pretty much the same rate otherwise you'd be dead. Working out in the morning might make you feel more energised. But them it might make you tired.
The 'working out in the morning boosts your metabolism' myth isn't true then?
