The sunglasses that make you see people naked :)

sarasarasarasara Posts: 1,561Registered Users
I feel like asking all the random questions that have been going on my mind-probably trying to avoid studying. So I know this sounds really stupid but I still have no idea if these sunglasses exist or not. Were they available once and now banned.

So if they exist, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHO'S WEARING THE REAL SUNGLASSES AND THE "SEEING PEOPLE NAKED" ONES???

    I don't think they exist.

I have read about these new airport security scanners that would basically show you naked (plus any weapons you were hiding). They aren't being used in the US but wouldn't that be humiliating?

If they were common enough that you had to worry about people on the street wearing them and seeing you naked, don't you think you would know that they exist and know where to buy them and be able to get some yourself?

If they did exist, I'm sure people would hear about it and be scared to walk on the street. Not to mention all the technology magazines would be having a field day, considering the technology probably isn't available for a mass-market item like this. Though if they did exist, I can think of some men I'd like to look at while wearing them

Better everyone think your a fool, than to open your mouth and prove them right.

    Perception is not reality.

I don't think technology is advanced enough yet to make such technology in sunglasses that the average consumer could afford.

Now, the x-ray machines at airports are quite another story. They CAN see you naked. I'm not sure where they are being used yet, but, eventually I imagine they'll be everywhere.

You can't see through many types of clothing, and it is bulky - if the claims are true.

It also costs $2400, which is too much for most.

I think I used to see adds for these things in the back of magazines, but they were called X-ray Vision Glasses. Does any one else remember that?

Yes, the sea monkeys. Some one bought them for my girls a couple of year ago. No special glasses, though :D
