Y'all broke the boards again...

Starting yesterday I'm finding the boards are back to the same old problems of scripts crashing the page and my computer, pages reloading multiple times so the back button doesn't work, replies not working, "like" functionality coming and going...


It was fixed, but whatever was recently changed took it right back where it was for years in chasing a lot of us away in the first place.

I will just add this here since it applies to broken.

Around the same time everyone started having problems with the site, the app went down hill as well. On my iPhone it has been slower, at times no posts show in the threads, I can not switch between pages when posts are showing, and I keep getting error messages in place of the curl mart adds. "HTTP ERROR: 504" Sometimes the same error message, on a much larger scale, shows in place of the thread title or it shows an add (??) for Facebook or Zoosk. The error messages started around the exact same time that those popped up. The other issues started a day or two before.

Thanks, Eve! I try to post over here each time I notice a change where suddenly things aren't working because I know especially with this big a database offline debugging doesn't always show the same problems uploading any changes to the real site will.

Not sure if it's been fixed, or my connection is better on my phone now that I'm back in the city, but seems to be working fine again on my phone and laptop.
