SS CEJ + KCCC = Best hair ever (no frizz, great definition)

Please excuse the new post, but I didn't see anything on the forums about this particular combination. If I missed it sorry!

Not recommending for everyone, my hair is medium texture, low-normal porosity, and normal elasticity. I don't really like to go by the curl typing since i've had products that are 2a or 4b work for me in the past, but for people who do follow this i'm a 3b with some 3c in the temple areas and nape of neck.

So I just wanted to speak about this new combination that I tried today of using Spiral Solutions Curl Enhancing Jelly with Kinky Curly Curling Custard. It is absolutely amazing!! I have never seen my curls look this defined, soft, and almost 100% frizz free (there's a little frizz under my hair but its very minimal).

What I did was section my hair into 6 or so sections (I have thick hair so absolutely necessary). I raked and scrunched a generous amount of SS CEJ onto each section and then used about a dime sized amount of KCCC over it. Then scrunched each section and worked through. Put some clips at the top of my hair to give some root lift and volume and dried under a soft hat dryer at low heat (would have air dryed but I was in a little bit of a hurry). Once my hair dried, I used Jane Carter's Nourish and Shine to SOTC and oh my gosh perfect spirals and curls!

Just some info for anyone having issues with curl definition and too much volume. Hope it helps :)
