i could really use same help/advice here ladies. I have quiet a stressful life right now, i have anxiety problems and (i hate to addmit this), depression problems as well. im only 20 and ive noticed that my hair is thinning just above my temples on the one side. the strange thing is that i havent noticed a change in how much hair i loose when i detangle, which has always been a rather large hair ball.
when i was 17 i was going through quiet a hard time and was loosing my hair in the same places, though boths sides. it has made my forhead and face quiet a strange shape. now i thought it had started to grow back in the places, though now i have annoying short bits at the front which is rather annoying and doesnt really look flattering.
i do scalp messages with peppermints/rosemary oil mixture and always make sure i rubb those places extra.
a bit of advice or help would really be good. :help:

my hair: 3b, high porosity, high density and coarse hair (i think i finally figured that all out)
my hair loves conditioner only styling!
Oils and my own procuts are my hairs best friend
my hair goal length is bra strap length when curly.
:hello1:

Eeep I know I'm late on responding but you're best seeking advice from your primary care physician and/or a dermatologist. Hair loss can be related to a number of things, including stress, but it's best to get it checked out.

I'm sorry you're going through this.

Drink lots and lots and lots of water! Does everything for your hair and body! I find that I'm less stressed and my hair and nails are stronger and healthier too! And it's amazing for your skin. Also, if you put your hair up, don't tie it back tightly. It will cause damage to your hair(especially at the front) so keep it loose and gentle! Hope this helps a bit.
Love my auburn 3b/3c curls!! Favorite products are Treseme Naturals conditioner and DevaCare ArcAngel(<---miracle for definition!) I really just want to GROW MY HAIR OUT!! It's not really working...

If you suffer from hair loss, you’re not alone. In fact, it is estimated that 1 in 4 women have experienced hair loss at some point. Finding solutions outside of medications or intense hair growth treatments can take time and dedication. Pai-Shau's formula uses a unique Signature Tea Complex, antioxidants, and vitamins. Find out how tea for hair can be the solution to all your hair loss problems. We’ve all heard the old tale that says brushing your hair 100 times a day will lead to long, beautiful locks. There’s actually some truth to this: brushing your hair encourages hair growth because the bristles gently stimulate the scalp, which increases blood flow. More blood to the scalp means more oxygen to the hair follicles, which improves their ability to grow strong, healthy hair.

The use of vitamins is best for this, i used to take them daily basis. Its help me for best hair and healthy hairs. In my thoughts hairs strength is only depends on your diet and your daily basis intake.
