To cut or not to cut?

Hey all so I cut my hair around 6 months ago and I still have dead ends I don't want to cut them because then m hair will be uneven. I think this might be the reason why my hair is dry? please help!

The first pic is me with the acv wash and the last one is today with tresmme and some water and jojoba oil.

    Here are some more updated pics with my hair dry. You can see the difference in length which is the reason I don't wear my hair down.

    Its better to hav short healthy hair then long damaged hair

    I can say this from experience. I made the mistake of not loving my hair and started from scratch. It was a long journey but as I was trying to go waistlength I avoided the hairdresser for a year. When I finally went back she trimmed as little as possible like I asked but I could barely run my fingers through my hair. I went in and another more "honest" trim a few weeks later and believe me I am loving it. Sometimes you just gotta do it. Its better than getting your hair where you want it only to go back and realize it was all temporary and be back at square 1.

    Once in a while: ACV, Lemon-Aid
