Has this happened to anyone else?

I have been growing out my hair for 3 or 4 months now. It's approximately 2 inches now. On the top of my head, I have 4b hair with no curl definition whereas ever else on my head is 4a. The more my hair grows, the more the hair on the top of my head is starting curl and form curl patterns like everywhere else. Does anyone know why this is happening?

maybe your moisture/hair routine is becoming consistent and the hair on the top of your head is adjusting

Thanks for the answer, but I'm still confused. To be honest, I don't have a proper routine yet :sad8:

Well as the hair grows it gets a little weight to it. Who knows really, it could be a lot of factors,

Maybe your hair is all 4a and youre growing scab hair out which looks to be undefined,

Maybe your hair is just adjusting

    Maybe youre using something

Again, it could be a lot of things.

Im around 98% 4a and the rest is 4b above my ears. When I first started my hair looked like this.
