How do you feel about Michelle's new bangs? Personally, I love it. I know this style requires straightening, but I think it looks so cute on her!

And happy birthday to her!!

Love, she looks more modern and younger, not that she looked old fashioned or elderly before.

I typically don't like the blunt bangs, but I do like them on her. I think she's a very pretty woman.

I would love to see her (and her kids) with natural hair, but the bangs do look great on her. I just love her.

I do see younger and fresher but I'm not seeing more flattering in a technical sense, so I'm holding out until there's more pics :p

Digging this (the fringe is swept to the side). I guess it's only different in nuance from what she had before, but I love the overall shape of it.

I was thinking the same things as sew and sew when I saw the pics last night. I like it better than the old helmet hair, but I'm not a huge fan of that style on her. I prefer the side-swept look in the second picture.

I wish she and the girls could wear their hair natural but it would be career suicide for her and her husband. When even 3a hair is vilified as unprofessional and messy, nappy hair just plain can't be done. It makes me mad and it's not okay, but that's how it is these days. Racist.

I think she is unbelievably beautiful. I like the bangs too but I also would love to see her with natural hair. I do have bang envy!

Last fall springcurl posted a photo of herself with bangs and I just had to get bangs. I liked them day 1 and hated them on me after that. The growing out process is torturously slow . . .

I agree that the bangs do make her look younger. Regarding wearing natural hair, what we may wish aren't the wishes of a lot of other women.

I love her hair! I wish I could wear bangs, but every time I've tried them, they just turn out stringy and blah and then I hate them.

Her gown was lovely too. She looks wonderful
