How many months natural are you ? What do you enjoy most about being natural ?

I'm 16 months natural, I did my big chop Aug 6th 2011. I really just enjoy my hair, the fact that I'm able to do so much more with it and I learned stuff I never would have learned had I not cut it off

I'm 6 months natural and my hair has been going from curly to straight to wavy throughout this time  Some days I love it and other days I disgust looking myself in the mirror...but I get so many compliments when people see me with my natural hair so I may as well embrace it!

... My whole life? My hair is EXTREMELY difficult to straighten, and honestly looks really bad when it is. It's all dry looking, and frizzy. Just terrible. My natural curls are shiny and bouncy.

I've been natural since the day I was born. My mom never liked the idea of putting chemicals on my hair at a young age. She was going too give me a relaxer at the age of 16, but then she realized that it wasn't good for a girl at any age.
