The traction alopecia thread is a wake-up call for me!
I've been doing tight roller-sets because the dry, windy, cold air kills my curls, but no more! The roller sets have the advantage that I don't have to fuss with my hair for several days; when I wear it curly, I have to struggle to get any kind of 2nd day hair - but too bad. I have traction alopecia at the hairline - what have I been thinking??? :banghead:

Highly porous. Color over grey.
I love all the Curl Junkie products. Still experimenting with gels and curl creams. Still hoping for 2nd day hair....
