Newbie and wigs

I'm a newbie. I cut all my relaxed hair off about a month ago leaving me with 2 inches of hair. I have been treating my hair very well with cowashing and natural hair products. I can see that it is growing and appears to be healthier.

My question is "Is it ok for me to continue wearing my wigs?" I was wearing the wigs before cutting my hair.

I keep my hair twisted underneath. Will this cause a problem while trying to learn the natural hair methods.

Appreciate any feedback.

    Hi there and welcome!

You'll be ok with the wigs for a bit, but remember than any bending, twisting, shoving that you're doing is possibly damaging your hair.

2" is a good amount of growth... why not rock your TWA? :)

Thank you for the welcome. I have thin hair and thinning areas around my temples. I'm still very self conscious about it. I'm very careful wearing my wig more so now that I've gone natural. I take very good care of my own hair underneath it.
