Tresseme Naturals: Yay or Nay

in Hair Type 4
I know this has probably been beat to death but inquiring minds want to know. Would you recommend Tresemme as a cowash? If so what brand? If not what would you recommend?

I also really like hello hydration moisturizing conditioner.
The first i believe ( not 100% sure) is CG friendly while the second is not.
I use them both as leave-ins because the are very light yet moisturizing and don't weigh my hair down.

I :love1:Shea Moisture, Nubian Heritage, Camille Rose!
I understand so well! I actually bought HEHH based on reviews. I think its great and the detangling properties are really cool. The thing is its getting cold and I'm experimenting at the moment with going completely CG. That means not using shampoo which means I cant use silicones. Ill give it the old college try since I've heard so much about it. Ill co wash for a month or two then use a sulfate free shampoo if my hair feels like it has too much buildup. Geronimo! (However I'm not throwing away my HEHH. It is a life saver and a situation solver. *clutches to chest*)
