I bought the marula moisturizer, hair milk, and I think that was it. May have bought something else, can't remember. I really hope I like the hair milk because I want another leave in/moisturizer in rotation.

I ordered a couple of things in the BF sale, but it is going to take me aaaaages to get them and try them out. I ordered the knot sauce, both the kink drinks and the Afrotastic Curl Elastic. I wanted to try the Marula Muru, but I think it has Glycerine in it (I can't keep Glycerine in my hair), and I really want to try the Loc n Roll, but I own so many pomades I'll have to get it later. I love the names and the packaging, and I've become friendly with the owner because of my side job (I own a natural hair store in Nigeria) so I am really excited to try them out.
    Products in current rotation:

Terressentials Pure Earth Mud Wash; Elucence MBC (now really just for cowashing, leg shaving or emergencies); Curl Junkie: Repair Me, Deep Fix, Curl Rehab; AOHSR (retiring); Oyin Handmade: Honey Hemp, Hair Dew, J&B; Qhemet Biologics: BRBC (retiring- prefer Oyin HD), AOHC, OHHB; Jojoba Oil for scalp; Castor Oil or Shea butter to seal; Henna & Ayurvedic pastes when I can be bothered.

Still searching for the perfect stylers, but loving CJ CIAB over everything so far

I really wish I'd gotten the Master Hair Cleanse so I could see how it compares to Terressentials, which admittedly I haven't used in ages.

I've just been shampooing with a variety of Bobeam shampoo bars, or cowashing with Tresemme Naturals

I'm still waiting on my order placed on November 16. It has shipped but no tracking number. I've emailed the owner and am waiting to see what she says. Hopefully it's already in my mail box.

Update: owner emailed me saying there was a glitch in the system and that my product was not shipped like it indicated. Will ship out today, hopefully there will be a tracking number. Good customer service so far.

Ok so Ive been dabbling since I received my products but last night I used everything from start to finish

That Knot Sauce is the bidness! MY hair was creamy and soft, I applied it after my deep conditioner as a leave in and let my hair dry 80%. Every time I reached up my hair felt so silky!

I moisturized with the Marula-muru moisture and the smell!!! Yum , its like banana heaven <~~~ love the moisture

Then I twisted my bang with the Loc n Roll Twist and Fro butter. I had used this before on dry hair but this was the first time on freshly washed

Im not sure I like it on freshly washed hair. My hair isnt hard but almost firm. My twist out looks supple and slightly shiny but it doesnt have the moist feeling.

This might only work best on dry styles for me.

Overall , I like and Im going back for more items!

That's what I'm saying! The only thing that throws me is the scent of the Loc Twist and Fro Butter. It doesnt annoy me to the point of not using it , plus it doesn't linger...but the performance is on point. The Murmura butter I'll use through the week to maintain the moisture, Loc Twist Fro butter I can use straight after a wash. Not disappointed by any of my Soultanicals products...most companies I've tried, I can't honestly say that about. This is the softest my hairs been...in a long time!

I'll edit this post on my thoughts on the products I bought.

    Knot Sauce:
I'm not one for using leave-in conditioners, but this was REALLY something. The best slip I've ever had, and although it's not marketed as a rinse out, I used it for exactly that because I prefer to detangle before I wash/DC. My hair felt really soft after rinsing it out. I'm going to have to stock up on this before I get back to college. I may have found an addition to my HG list (which is hardly even a list). Seriously, I am still in awe.

    Afrotastic Curl Elastic Deep Treatment:
WOW. WOWOWOWOWOW!!!!! LOVE this stuff. Freaking. Love. It. Like the knot sauce, it's nice and thick (I had a hard time squeezing it out of the bottle), smells good, and made my hair feel moist and soft, soft, SOFT!

After applying the product to my damp hair, I covered it with a plastic cap and sat under the dryer for 30 minutes. Then I let it breathe for another 15 minutes before taking of the plastic cap. My hair felt great as stated above (also felt the same after rinsing it out). Also, this makes for a nice detangler. My hair tends to tangle whenever it's in its fro state, so even after the initial detangling and washing, I have to detangle AGAIN (not as bad though). I had no problems raking my comb through my hair. My hair is drying nicely. A definite repurchase.

Kinky Silk Tress Milk: Smells great... that's about all I can say. It's a bit thin so I will see how this works as a 2nd day moisture product.

Marula Muru Moisture Guru: I like it so far. It doesn't leave a greasy residue like some thick moisturizers I've used in the past, so I can use a lot and not actually have to worry about my hair feeling icky. I've been twisting for the past 4 hours and the front part of my hair is dry. It feels really soft--not as soft as when I rinsed out the DC but still good enough. I could see myself repurchasing this--but in the spring time. Unfortunately veggie glycerine is a bit high in the ingredients list so I can't use it for a while. :(

Loc N' Roll Twist & Fro Out: It's okay. Provides a decent amount of shine, smells weird (not in a bad way), and doesn't leave a greasy residue on my damp hair. Using it for a twist-out on perm rods... will post more about the results later.

UPDATE: Took out the perm rods and twists today. My hair came out looking nice and feeling soft. Again, still not sure if I will repurchase the butter and moisturizer. I will see how I feel about them over time.

I just purchased the Master cleanse and another Marula butter.

Has anyone tried the master cleanse yet?

I didn't get it with my original order, but will definitely order it with the next. I'd love to find a replacement for Terresentials.

I ONLY just got my order (it came to me in London and I'd left for Christmas and New Year and only just got back) so will try it at the weekend and review.

Ok, just saw on the PlatinumPJ facebook page that there's a gel coming out too. Anyone get a sample, and how was that?

I haven't tried any of the products yet but I did place an order. I just wanted to say they have great customer service. I misunderstood the free shipping flyer and I contacted the company through Facebook and she opened the free shipping back up for me. The whole process took 30 minutes.

    Yum!!

Buuuuuuut I. Have. Too. Many. Butters. Must resist!!!!

I still have at least 4 uses of Qhemets AHTB, Half a jar of Darcy's Coconut Cupacu (or whatever it's called), barely used KBB Butter Love and Creamylicious, and an Oyin Berry Sugar Pomade (poor thing used to be my favourite until all these others took over), an unopened Hairveda Almond Glaze and Original Moxie Hair Bling, plus my own shea whip to get through first. I'm unlikely to even try this for at least a year.

Did you receive/try the master cleanse yet? (Too lazy to scroll and find out when you said you'd ordered it)
